EARLY PUBLIC NOTICEΒ
The City of Oak Leaf, Texas intends to undertake a streets improvements project.Β The project will provide improvements to two existing bridges along Locust Drive damaged by severe flooding in the city.Β The project is partially funded as a CDBG project under the Texas Community Development Program for non-entitlement cities.Β A portion of this project is located in the 100-year floodplain.Β The City is interested in discussing alternatives to this project, securing public perceptions of possible adverse impacts that could result from the project, and discussing possible measures to minimize any adverse impacts.Β A public hearing is scheduled at Oak Leaf City Hall, 301 Locust Drive, Oak Leaf, Texas, Wednesday, March 19, 2008. at 5:15 p.m., to discuss the proposed project.Β Please extend or send written comments to City Hall, City of Oak Leaf, 301 Locust Drive, Oak Leaf, Texas, 75154.Β Comments will be received until March 27, 2008.
