Sec. 4.100 Court Costs, Special Expenses, and Other Applicable Fees
The city shall collect all court costs, special expenses, and other applicable fees as authorized to be collected by the clerk of the municipal court in accordance with the current laws and allowances authorized by the state. (Ordinance 0603 adopted 4/11/06)
Sec. 4.200 Technology Fund
A defendant for a misdemeanor offense in the municipal court of the city shall pay the allowed technology fee as costs of court as allowed by the state. (Ordinance 0603 adopted 4/11/06)
