ARTICLE 2.800 VIOLATIONS



Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in accordance with the general penalty provision found in Section 1.106 of this code. Each and every violation of the provision of this chapter shall constitute a separate violation.
