ARTICLE 3.1200 PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION



(a) The Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction of North Central Texas and the Southern Building Codes are hereby adopted as the official guides for building specifications.

(b) The codes and specifications in subsection (a) be adhered to and enforced by the planning and zoning committee with approval of city council and in conjunction with any other ordinance passed by said council for the purpose of regulating building within the city limits of Oak Leaf, Texas.
