ARTICLE 6.300 TRASH DUMPING



It is unlawful to dump trash on streets, rights-of-way, and improved and unimproved property within the city limits. Trash is defined to be any of the terms defined in Chapter 11, Article 11.200, Section 11.202. (Ordinance 849, Addendum 2, of 12/20/89)
