ARTICLE 6.500 OFF ROAD VEHICLES ON VACANT LOTS OR CITY PROPERTY



Sec. 6.501 Off-Road Vehicle Defined

Off-Road Vehicles. Shall, for the purpose of this article, mean any motor vehicle operated on four (4) wheels or fewer than four (4) wheels, which vehicle is capable of being operated on terrain other than on public streets, alleys and avenues.

Sec. 6.502 Declared Public Nuisance

The city council of the City of Oak Leaf, Texas, hereby declares the act of operating an off-road vehicle on vacant, undeveloped or city-controlled property within the city and outside the city limits for a distance of one-half (1/2) mile, in any manner offensive or annoying to any other person whomsoever, to be and constitute a public nuisance, and such act is hereby declared to be unlawful.
