ARTICLE 7.500 POLITICAL SIGNS



Political signs are subject to the following provisions:

(1) Signs shall be set back ten (10) feet from edge of pavement and located out of the public right-of-way.

(2) Signs shall be erected no earlier than thirty (30) days prior to the election.

(3) Signs shall be removed seven (7) days following the election.

(4) Signs shall be self-supporting and shall not be attached to fences, posts, utilities, trees, etc.

(5) Signs shall not obstruct visibility or traffic.
